Appointment Setters | Full Time | Remote | Work From Home

Position Overview:

  • With this role you will be responsible for contacting potential clients giving them an overview of our value proposition and scheduling appointments. Must be well spoken and confident on the phone.


  • You will make calls from our CRM or our dialing system to perspective clients to book appointments for the business owner to see these clients.


  • You will book appointments for both in home presentations and also Zoom presentations.


  • This is a financial services company and these are insurance related products.


  • Plan to be on the phone 95% of the time with this role calling leads from prospective clients that inquired for services in the last days, weeks, or months.

  • Mastery of the phone sales process from cold dial to appointment set


  • Charming and business professional voice tone


  • Mastery of tone inflection, pitch, and injecting emotion into your conversations

Job Details & Requirements:

  • Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services


  • Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company


  • Calling prospective clients using our CRM or dialer system


  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer


  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered


  • Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact


  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative


Payment & Compensation

  • $17 - $24 starting pay per hour depending on experience


  • Raise and additional benefits after 90 days


  • Health Insurance after 90 days


  • Bonuses, extra compensation, awards, and other value related items tied to performance


Home office setup requirements:

  • Computer with a minimum of 2 monitors (more = better)


  • Back up computer in case of emergency or tech problems


  • Cell phone or land line dedicated phone (no VOIP only)


  • Reliable internet connection (paid monthly service)


  • Backup internet connection (hot spot)


  • Quiet home office or place to work
